Parties or any kind of gatherings are prohibited at this vacation rental, only the amount of guests on the booking are the number of people allowed at the property. Pets: Only Dogs are allowed! NO CATS we do love cats but unfortunately owner is allergic to cats. If by any chance you bring a Cat, the contract will be terminated and will result in a $1,500 fine! Early check-in and late check-outs may be available and are subject to extra charges. No Smoking Policy All properties are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside only. Violation of the smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damage liability of up to $1,500 for any discovered damage to furniture or any odors. Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed-upon occupancy limit; No noise shall travel through the neighbor’s property line after 11 pm and before 7:00 am. from any sound source including but not limited to; a speaker, loudspeaker, sound-producing instrument, or a person. Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the Property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, rules, or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property. White Towels - These are to be used solely for drying clean hands and/or body, and not for wiping off makeup, dirt, juices, lotions, wine, etc. The host has the right to charge for replacement towels or extra cleaning a minimum service and cleaning fee of $20 per towel. Missing, Damaged, or Soiled Items - If items are missing or excessive wear and tear is found on the property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash, unclean dishes, stains on furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Host has the right to charge Guest for the items and cleaning plus a minimum $150 service fee. Eviction - Guests who remain or attempt to remain at the property after being requested to leave are guilty of trespass which is a misdemeanor of the second degree punishable in accordance with Florida law. If any person is illegally at the rental premises, the Owner will call upon law enforcement for assistance. Check Out: The property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to leave the property tidy and to bag garbage and place filled garbage bags in the outside garbage container. Details guests must know about your home Surveillance or recording devices outside of the property including in the backyard for security reasons. 2 cameras in the back showing the canal area are a must for security. 1 camera in the front yard showing the driveway and street and one ring camera by the main entrance, they all are ON at all the time for security.

Beautiful house, it was massive and fit our group amazingly. Right on the canal with a pool and nice size yard as well. No complaints and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house in a stunning neighborhood. Can walk to the beach it’s exactly a mile to touch the water. Very relaxing pool area on canal. Tons of balconies and areas to sit and hang out.

Our stay at 321 San Marco Drive in Fort Lauderdale was an absolute delight! The property was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location is perfect—just minutes from the beach and local hotspots—making it easy to explore the area. The outdoor space was a highlight, offering a serene spot to unwind after a day in the sun and we took full advantage of the dock. We’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale!

Phenomenal stay! Our party had some issues w/ our stay being cancelled on NYE. With very few options available, Carolina came to the rescue. She moved things around, provided us with a great place to celebrate New Years, & couldn’t have been more accommodative. The house was stunning and we enjoyed our time lounging poolside w/ our families. Highly recommended!
